HPA works closely with the leadership, committees and staffs of client organizations to address their health policy needs. Our scope of work encompasses federal health policy focusing primarily on Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the private market for health insurance including coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
